Mian Muhammad Naveed is a seasonal journalist from Pakistan, based in Lahore. As a journalist, he is currently working as Senior Reporter/Deputy Bureau Chief with Neo News and also freelances for international publications. His work has appeared in Daily Nai Baat, Neo News and Lahore Rang News .
Naveed has covered health, Civil Secretariat and other prominent beats (reporter’s area of reporting) for more than 10 years, focusing in recent years on energy and environment policies in government and industry. Naveed is also have keen interest in other beats like Education, Home Department of the Punjab , information Technology and all Ministers of all Relevant departments. Naveed has vast experience in covering different expos and conferences at international level and have travelled different countries for this purpose such as Turkey, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates and Sri Lanka.
A Lahore native, Naveed has worked as a broadcast and print journalist in his home town, as well as the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab.
Mian Naveed started his career as Reporter from Daily Nai Baat Lahore and covered different beats (Reporter’s area of reporting) but during his engagement in Daily Nai Baat, Naveed especially covered health, education, Civil Secretariat, Punjab Bureaucracy and all other assignments assigned by the Director News and as well Bureau Chief 

Muhammad Naveed moved to Neo News and joined his career as Broadcast Journalist. He was the one who presented and convinced Nai Baat Media Group executive body to launch Lahore Rang which was in start a local TV channel but later it was moved to Provincial channel and now covering at Punjab level.

After Mian Muhammad joined Neo News on April 2015, he won the Best Reporter award for best performance multiple times, after which NaiBaat Media Network management promoted Muhammad Naveed to Bureau Chief ,Later Muhammad Naveed was given a program as a host on Lahore Rang News Channel which is telecast every Thursday.
