USER DATA POLICY

(DATA RETENTION AND DELETION PROCESS)

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to inform our website/s and mobile application/s users regarding NEO NETWORK's user data retention and deletion process.

Data collected through NEO NETWORK website https://www.neonetwork.pk/

To make things simpler, we follow the data minimization process which ensures that we collect, store, process, and use only information that is necessary to provide required services to our users.

In our case, we only collect basic user data, if any user is interested in subscribing to our daily newsletter. We collect the user's ‘Name’ and ‘eMail ID’ in order to serve these interested users with our daily newsletter via eMail.

In line with the laws set out under General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR, we offer our newsletter subscribers to unsubscribe whenever they want to, by simply accessing the ‘Opt-Out’ link present at the bottom of our daily newsletter. All the user’s stored data (Name and eMail ID) is immediately removed from our servers, once they choose to ‘Opt-Out’ of our services through the above process.

We DO NOT collect and/ store any user data through our mobile apps on our servers or inside our mobile apps.
