Fawad Ahmed is a distinguished media professional, journalist, and broadcaster with decades of experience in Pakistan’s media industry. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Nai Baat Media Network, which includes Neo News, Lahore Rang News, Daily Nai Baat, and multiple digital platforms, employing over 1,000 professionals across 11 cities.

As one of the founding members of Nai Baat Media Network (established in 2011), Fawad has played a pivotal role in its expansion, including the successful launch and management of Neo News and Daily Nai Baat’s Karachi stations.

Alongside his executive leadership, Fawad is the host of Bayania (formerly Nai Baat Fawad Ahmed Kay Sath), a widely followed prime-time current affairs show on Neo News. His journalistic work includes marathon coverages of Pakistan’s General Elections in 2013, 2018, and 2024, in addition to extensive political reporting. He has covered and interviewed key national figures, including former Prime Minister Imran Khan during his long march, up to the attack at Muridke, providing exclusive insights from the ground.
